1. As you heal, letting go will start to offer you more peace than fear.

3. As you heal, self-forgiveness feels safer. You'll start trusting that you don't have to hold yourself hostage to your mistakes and shortcomings forever.


4. As you heal, acceptance without internalizing becomes a little easier.


5. As you heal, you'll start moving away from trying to convince people to see and understand how they hurt you. You'll find peace in not always getting closure.


6. As you heal, not getting an apology won't break your spirit like it once did. You'll start remembering your worth more and more with or without an "I'm sorry."


7. As you heal, alone time will feel more nourishing and helpful vs isolating and scary. You'll start cherishing your solitude and peace in ways that felt uncomfortable before.


8. As you heal, you'll be shown that there really can be joy on the other side of your pain.
