1. Do something that fears you repeatedly. It makes you overcome fear.

2. The mind is the king of the body. Feed it with a healthy diet and meditation.

3. Focus on the good. You are already strong if you are a good and kind person.

4. Cry out whenever you feel Low. Don't keep holding those tears in your heart.

5. Try doing one tough thing every day that has been tougher for you always.
